Individual therapy
Therapy is a safe space for you, a place where you don’t have to support anyone and where you can allow yourself to be supported, validated, and welcomed. I support people like you—professionals from all walks of life, psychologists, therapists, and wellness experts—who struggle with a lack of self-recognition and appreciation, which often leads to self-criticism, feelings of inadequacy, and the constant pressure to prove themselves. If this resonates with you, remember you are not alone.

6-WEEK PROGRAM TO HELP YOU OVERCOME IMPOSTER SYNDROME.
Imposter syndrome is a psychological pattern in which a person, despite their proven achievements and abilities, feels they don’t deserve the success they’ve attained. Those who experience it tend to attribute their accomplishments to luck, external circumstances, or excessive effort, but rarely to their own talent or competence.
People living with this syndrome often fear being “exposed” as a fraud, even when there is no real evidence of it. This feeling can occur in anyone, but it is especially common in professionals with high standards, in competitive environments, or in careers where external validation is important.
Imposter syndrome can generate anxiety, chronic stress, and emotional exhaustion. It can lead to rejecting opportunities out of fear of failure, or to overworking oneself to “prove” one’s worth. Over time, this dynamic erodes confidence, well-being, and motivation.
The good news:
Imposter syndrome doesn’t define your worth or your abilities, and it can be addressed. Through this support program, you will be able to recognize your own achievements, strengthen your self-esteem, and learn to live and work from a place of confidence, not constant doubt.
Es para ti sí:Yes, it's for you:
- You want to gain confidence in yourself and feel more capable and deserving.

We work on the origin of imposter syndrome, the mindset and emotions linked to it, we release the inner saboteur and set a roadmap for your desired future.
