Emotional well-being professionals are all those whose work is aimed at promoting mental health, emotional balance and personal development of other people.
These professionals may include:
Caring for others is a profoundly valuable, yet demanding, task. Psychologists and wellness professionals accompany people in moments of vulnerability, listen to emotionally charged stories, and often carry a burden that isn’t always visible.
If we don’t address our own emotional wounds, these burdens can accumulate and affect our ability to listen, our judgment, and our overall well-being. Ignoring these difficulties can lead to burnout, a loss of connection with ourselves and those we support, and even the repetition of patterns we need to transform.
Going to therapy allows us to have our own space to process our experiences, care for our mental health, and maintain the necessary balance to continue offering what we have to offer. It’s not just about resolving personal difficulties, but about strengthening our capacity for empathy, maintaining clarity, and avoiding emotional exhaustion.
Furthermore, experiencing the role of patient reminds us what it feels like to be on the other side, which enriches our professional practice and makes us more human in the way we support others.
Taking care of ourselves is not a luxury; it’s an ethical and personal responsibility.
Because to support others, we first need to be supported ourselves.

I feel so grateful to have worked with you. After the session, I realized how much I admire you because you were both a friend and a professional, and I don’t think that’s easy. I felt embraced throughout the process, and I feel like something has changed within me. I feel more empowered, more aware, more active, and more motivated.
Thank you! I wish I could give you a hug.

I’ve made a great decision to work on myself and to work through all of this with you. I’m taking away a lot of work that will be very beneficial. Just being able to talk about it is already helping me.
Cris, I’m writing to thank you for yesterday’s session.
I needed to let go a little and do it in a safe space, where I felt understood, supported, and free to express myself.
Thank you so much for making it so easy.

Cris, I really enjoyed your workshop. It helped me become more aware of my fears as a psychologist and how to manage them so they don’t prevent me from growing and achieving my goals. Unfortunately, this profession is very lonely and sometimes difficult to manage. That’s why I think your work is so important—working through fears and insecurities as a psychologist and connecting with each other. Congratulations!

Cris, you’ve inspired me with your passion for what you do. That energy you have when you talk about any topic, always showing what matters to you. When you speak, you keep me engaged until the very end because of how you convey it.
I loved the workshop!
It helped me keep track of where I’m headed and see what value lies within me. Thank you.

For me, the Mastermind group with Cristina has been a space for catharsis. A place to share my feelings, where I can express myself freely without fear of judgment or criticism, a place to meet with people who understand and support me, who help me decide what action to take next.
These sessions have been very important during my training because they have helped me avoid getting discouraged and continue with clarity, determination, and motivation.
Without a doubt, they are essential on a path as complicated and full of ups and downs as entrepreneurship. Thank you, Cristina, for facilitating this space.
