You need psychological therapy if you’ve been experiencing any unusual symptoms (for example, irritability, discomfort, anger, repetitive thoughts, loss of purpose, anxiety, difficulty managing stress, excessive fear, etc.) and they don’t resolve on their own, if you’ve tried to address them, such as talking to someone or reading self-help books, and still haven’t succeeded, or if you have a strong desire for self-awareness and personal growth. Don’t hesitate to request information.
Individual therapy sessions last one hour, but alternatively, and
depending on our goals and our therapeutic contract, they can be
bi-weekly sessions or sessions lasting an hour and a half.
The duration of the therapeutic process will depend on several factors: the goals we have set together, your progress in the sessions, your level of involvement, whether your symptoms are varied or more severe, etc. Furthermore, during the therapeutic process, things may come to light that you weren’t aware were interfering with your emotional well-being, and you’ll want to examine them more closely. In any case, you will set the pace of the therapy. I will adapt to your circumstances.
My methodology is entirely individualized and I adapt it to each person who comes to me for therapy. I am trained in different psychological approaches and I am an integrative psychologist. I integrate all the tools I have learned over the years in the various training programs I have completed into my therapy.
Psychological therapy will help you understand yourself better, how you function in life, why you do what you do, and why you react the way you do in certain situations or with certain people. It will help you have a better relationship with yourself and, consequently, with others. It will help you feel freer and more satisfied with yourself and with life. It will help you heal emotional wounds. It will give you tools that you can use in your daily life.
Absolutely. Online therapy is just as effective as in-person therapy. If you live in Valencia, Spain, and have the option of in-person therapy, you can do it.
But if not, I highly recommend it.

I am continuously training not only to stay up-to-date on new, scientifically validated therapeutic approaches but also for my own personal growth process, which allows me to offer my patients the tools I myself have received.
